Where we get personal information from

We may receive your information when we work with third parties - including; business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers and credit reference agencies, for example. However, we will notify you when we receive information about you from them and the purposes for which we intend to use that information. We do not collect any sensitive personal data about you, such as information about your race, political opinions or religious beliefs - unless we obtain your explicit consent. In addition, we do not knowingly collect personal data from - or direct our content towards - those under the age of 16. How do we use your personal data? Personal data submitted on our site will be used for the purposes specified in this privacy policy.
How long we keep information
We will hold records of equipment we have installed or maintained at a protected premise.
If the owner ends a contract with us, and requests the name to be removed from the site we will do so. We will always keep a record of that address with a record of equipment installed.
If the owners change, we will update the record with the new owners’ consent. We do not actively check with our customers on a regular basis of the current ownership.
Customer paper files are destroyed after no contact for six years.
